About The Developer

My name is Gabriel Shanahan, and I'm a computer science graduate passionate about both technology and faith. As I worked to deepen my understanding of Scripture, I found it challenging to really dive deep and connect passages, explore historical context, and structure meaningful studies while keeping up with my other daily responsibilities.

That’s when I started using AI as a tool—not to replace biblical wisdom, but to gather, organize, and condense complex information into an easily digestible format. Including not only Scripture, but historical context, and supporting archeological evidence.

What began as a personal way to structure my own Bible studies soon grew into the idea for PocketProverbs—a resource designed to help others study Scripture with depth and clarity.

My goal is to leverage the computational power of AI to augment the everyday believer's ability to digest Scripture as a whole, making it easier for believers to study, organize, and defend the truth of God’s Word.
